Over the last 10 years Johnathan has worked across multiple industries in a variety of roles, including work in the pharmaceutical industry, the nuclear sector and more recently in the industrial paints and coatings industry.

Johnathan’s experience includes working in technical, project management, business development and departmental leadership roles.

Johnathan is skilled in meeting facilitation, process mapping, process design, technical report writing, events management, stakeholder management, change management and strategic leadership. He is a personable, pragmatic and motivational leader.

Johnathan met First Person Project’s founding director, Matty Caine, whilst studying for an MBA at Liverpool Business School. In April 2020 Johnathan was asked to join First Person Project as a director to help re-define and re-launch the First Person Project CIC helping shape it into the successful social enterprise it is today.
