About the event

Join us for a FREE workshop with Tom Davies from Movement Restored!

The session, Understanding Pain, will explore the science behind pain, why we feel it, and practical strategies to address it.

This workshop is for anyone seeking pain-free movement, whether posture-related, from a physically demanding job, or due to injury or sedentary habits. It’s designed to help you improve mobility and overall quality of life through education and actionable tools.

The session is interactive, with slow, gentle, controlled movements—please wear comfortable clothing.

It’s open to all, regardless of age, gender, or fitness level. Any underlying health conditions will be considered.

At the end, there will be time for questions, and everyone is invited to enjoy a brew and chat.
