This meditation session will guide you through various mindfulness practices designed to cultivate love, kindness, and compassion. Louis, with 12 years of personal practice and 10 years of teaching experience, will share insights on how mindfulness can reduce stress, anxiety, and depression, while boosting focus and emotional balance. He will also discuss the science behind these practices and their profound effects on brain function and emotional resilience.
As a foster carer who lives with a long-term health condition, Louis has experienced the powerful impact of mindfulness on his own life, both personally and in supporting his family.
