Fit & Focused is a FREE 6-week gym training program designed for anyone looking to become more active, learn how to use gym equipment safely, and gain the skills to continue training independently.
You’ll train in a private gym facility, guided by:
Josh Ashton (Liverpool City Council) – Personal Trainer with 9 years’ experience
Tom from First Person Project – Physical therapy background & experienced community coach
