About the event

Fit & Focused is a FREE 6-week gym training program designed for anyone looking to become more active, learn how to use gym equipment safely, and gain the skills to continue training independently.


You’ll train in a private gym facility, guided by:

Josh Ashton (Liverpool City Council) – Personal Trainer with 9 years’ experience

Tom from First Person Project – Physical therapy background & experienced community coach


What you’ll learn:

🏋️‍♂️ The basics of safe and effective exercise🎯 How to use different gym equipment with confidence💡 Health and wellbeing tips to support your fitness journey🤝 The power of training in a supportive, like-minded community
